Enroll in Career Online High School

The California State Library’s Career Online High School (COHS) program offers Beaumont Library District adults the opportunity to earn an accredited high school diploma and a career certificate! Advance in your profession or take the next step in your education. We support you from enrollment to graduation so that you can achieve your goals.
The Career Online High School program is online, flexible and free with scholarship. The Library is offering scholarships for qualified students.
To be eligible for this program, applicants must:
- Be age 19+
- Reside in Beaumont or Cherry Valley California
- Have a Beaumont Library District library card
- Be willing to dedicate 8-10 hours a week to coursework
Program Quick Facts
- Requires 18 credits total (see Graduation Requirements)
- You may transfer previous credits from accredited high school & GED courses
- Earn both your high school diploma and a career certificate
Ready to Begin?
Step 1: Take the "Are You Ready" survey
Step 2: Once you complete the survey, you’ll be invited to enroll in a prerequisite course to be completed in two weeks or less.
Step 3: A library staff member will contact you to discuss your scholarship only after you complete the required prerequisite course.
